Standard Shipping

UPS ground shipping delivery dates can’t be guaranteed, only estimated. Depending on the day of the week you place your order, you can usually expect the following:

• West coast delivery: Within 2-4 days
• Utah delivery: Within 1-3 days
• Midwest delivery: Within 3-5 days
• Southwest delivery: Within 2-4 days
• East/South delivery: Within 4-6 days
• Alaska/Hawaii delivery: Within 3-6 days

We will schedule your shipment one week prior to the date you select as a desired delivery date, so adjust your delivery date if you would like it shipped earlier or later. If you need delivery guaranteed by a certain date, we recommend using one of our expedited shipping options instead.

Place your order by Noon MST and your package will be delivered on the 2nd business day by 5:00 p.m to most businesses and to most residences by 7:00 p.m. for an extra $6.95/item in addition to standard shipping charges above.

Priority Air (UPSNS)

Place your order by Noon MST and your package will be delivered the following business day to most business locations by 5:00 p.m. and by 7:00 p.m. to most residences for an extra $12.95/item in addition to the standard shipping charges. P.O. boxes are an extra $20.00/item in addition to standard shipping charges.

Priority Air (UPS1P)

Place your item by Noon MST and your package will be delivered by Noon to most areas the next business day for an extra $14.95 per item in addition to the standard shipping charges above. Not available to all locations or to P.O. Box addresses.

Saturday Air (UPS1PS)

Place your order by Noon MST, Friday and your package can be delivered by 5:30 p.m. Saturday for an extra $19.95/item in addition to standard shipping charges. Not available to all locations or to P.O. Box addresses.

Redirected Packages

A $10.00 charge will be applied to your credit card to redirect packages when incorrect or incomplete addresses are given. We cannot extend our guarantee when incorrect addresses are given.

Hospital/College Notice

When delivering to colleges, hospitals or hotels, we guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department of the college, hotel or hospital. It is then up to this department to deliver the package to the correct recipient. This may cause delays as the mailroom or receiving department does not guarantee delivery within a given period of time.
